  • What is the product ideal image size?
    • Product images should be under 5mb and no larger than 600x600px for speedy uploads and ease of use.
  • How many steps is it to become a vendor?
    • You can become a vendor with three easy steps: Apply for a vendor account, create a Stripe account, and then link your vendor account to Stripe under seller info from your vendor panel on EqRack.
  • What do I need to create a Stripe account?
    • To have a US Stripe account, you must be incorporated in the US and have a valid physical US address. Stripe will verify your legal entity name, entity type, EIN or SSN, and business address on your articles of incorporation or other documents.
  • Is there anything I can't sell on EqRack?
    • At this time, we are only listing items under 50lbs on the website. No livestock or illegal  goods are allowed to be sold.
  • Can I return an item?
    • At the moment, we cannot accept returns unless the product was falsely marketed or never delivered. If you do not like your purchase or it doesn't fit right, we recommend re-listing the product as a vendor.
  • Can I sell my helmet on EqRack?
    • For safety reasons, only helmets with tags are allowed to be resold on the website. Used helmets cannot be listed.
  • What does Boutique mean?
    • A "Boutique" listing on EqRack means the item was purchased wholesale or directly from a distributor and is being sold to the public for the first time.
  • Why is my phone number not being accepted?
